Gór-Stal Company was established in 2003 in order to act in the field of production and sale of prefabricated elements to steel constructions. However, as a result of new chances which appeared on the market and in the company's environment, among other things, in the form of grant from European Union, presence in a special economic zone and receiving positive information about the increasing demand for light housing materials, the shareholders decided to change the company's scope and to buy a processing line for production of sandwich panels with polyurethane core and from mineral wool in a continuous way.

In 2005, there was organized an auction for the delivery of a complete processing line for laminated plates production. In the auction four companies that specialize in the delivery of such lines took part. The most experienced and renowned company called Hennecke from Germany won this auction. The company is a member of the Bayer syndicate from Leverkusen, which together with another company, namely W+K IndustrieTechnik delivered towards the end of 2006 the most modern and currently the most technologically advanced processing line in Europe.

Gór-Stal Company started production of the sandwich panels on the 2nd of January 2007
