The GÓR-STAL Sp. z o.o.Company in Gorlice is also a producer of poliisocyanouranium panels PIR for thermoinsulation of flooring, terraces, walls and flat roofs. Most vital features of PIR insulation should include:
- very good, higher than presently used thermoinsulations, coefficient of thermal conductivity λD = 0,023 W/m*K what causes, that 10 cm of PIR thermoinsulation has the same coefficient of heat penetration, as the 17 cm thick layer of mineral wool. It allows to replace the mineral wool or polystyrene foam with thinner and lighter layer of PIR foam.
- Low weight measured by density of poliisocyanouranium panels, around 30-32 kg/m3 in comparison to the density of roof mineral wool that equals around 170 kg/m3 , what allows to lighten the roof structure
- resistance to the pressure of thermoinsulative PIR panels equals from 200 to 260 kPa what eliminates deformation caused during exploitation or roof snow clearance
- low saturation around 1%, the structure of PIR foam decides about it, which 90 % of cells are closed
- fire reaction - PIR it is a material more resistant to fire than polystyrene foam or former polyurethane. Thermoinsulative PIR panels in a roof arrangement with PVC fo ils and bituminous muzzles get a B ROOF class ( f1) which corresponds to NRO class used before. The panels fulfil the requirements of PN-EN 13 165 standard and fell under tests for fire reaction according to PN-EN 13501-1 standard in order to determine European fire class.
Preliminary research carried out by Izolacja COBR PIB Katowice and present control research of the product are made by Zakładowa Kontrola Produkcji (Factory Control of Production) according to PN-EN 13 165 standard what enables us to declare the compatibility of our products with the following its parameters and to use CE sign on our products.
